Men's and women's health carry equal weight in this practice. Trans and non-binary patients are welcome; care is matched to your body and your goals.

Coming in as a couple, or not sure where you fit? Book the consult and tell the doctor in the room. That is what the 30 minutes are for.

What we do

Most patients start with a screen. Hormone care and the advanced treatments at 15 on Orange are booked through the same R650 consult.

The visit

What actually happens, from first message to all clear

This is a screening visit. Hormone and procedure visits follow the same shape: consult first, tests where they add something, results explained by the doctor who saw you.

  1. You book

Most patients tell us they sat with the worry for weeks before booking. The booking itself takes one WhatsApp message or a short form, and you do not have to say what it is about.

  2. You arrive

Milnerton or Table View, whichever suits you. There is no PVT signage in the waiting area and reception treats you as a name, never a condition. You pay the R650 consult fee by card or cash.

  3. The consult

Thirty minutes behind a closed door. A structured history, an examination only where it genuinely helps, and you set the pace. Most patients say the conversation was easier than the one they had rehearsed.

  4. The lab

Urine, swabs or bloods, taken in the same visit and sent to Lancet, the national pathology group. Most results are back within one to three working days. The lab bills you separately for its tests.

  5. Your results

The doctor contacts you as soon as everything is in, walks you through what each result means, and emails a full script if treatment is needed. No result arrives without an explanation attached.

  6. Afterwards

Where something was found: treatment, practical advice on telling partners, and a recheck at three months to confirm it has cleared. Where hormones are involved, a R450 review about a month in checks your levels are tracking.

R650

any first visit

R450

any review visit

Screening, hormones, sexual function or prevention: the first consult is R650 and any review is R450, each paid on the day. The couples check bundles two first visits into R1200. Advanced treatments are quoted in writing at an eligibility consult.

R650 private doctor consult, paid upfront by cash or card. It covers the assessment, test selection, explanation of your first results, and a script where clinically appropriate. Lab tests are billed separately by the blood lab (Lancet). Medical aid is optional: you claim back yourself if you have it.

No medical aid? No problem.

The price you see is the whole price, plus the blood lab's own bill for any tests. Nothing else, and nothing on account.
