The gap we kept seeing
Sexual and hormonal health sits awkwardly in general practice. The problems are common, the consults need more than ten minutes, and patients often want distance between this visit and their family GP. So people wait. They self-diagnose from search results, buy medication informally, or live with symptoms that a single structured consult could resolve.
PVT is our answer: a dedicated service line inside a registered practice, with 30-minute consults, laboratory testing through Lancet, transparent cash pricing you can claim back, and rooms in Milnerton, Table View and Gardens. Men and women, all orientations, every age of adult. The medicine is mainstream; the delivery is what we changed.

POPIA-protected privacy
Your records, results and conversations are protected by law and by policy. Nothing is shared without your written consent.
Discreet billing
You pay upfront and claim back yourself. Invoices carry the practice name and standard consult codes. The word PVT appears nowhere on them.
Our POPIA commitment in one paragraph: we collect only the personal and health information needed to care for you, store it securely, share it with no one outside your care team without your written consent, and delete or de-identify it when the law allows. Results are delivered to you alone, invoices never carry the PVT name, and you decide whether anything is submitted to your medical aid. The full policy is on our privacy page.
Book a private consult
Most patients are seen within the week at Milnerton or Table View. You can book by WhatsApp without saying why you are coming in.
R650 private doctor consult, paid upfront by cash or card. It covers the assessment, test selection, explanation of your first results, and a script where clinically appropriate. Lab tests are billed separately by the blood lab (Lancet). Medical aid is optional: you claim back yourself if you have it.
